Maître Philippe KLEIN, holds a master’s degree in law, mention judicial career obtained at the Faculty of Law of Aix en Provence in 1982.
He obtained his certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer in 1983, the year during which he will follow the teaching of the DESS in Maritime Law. He was sworn in on January 14, 1984. He was elected secretary of the internship conference and served as a member of the council of the order and administrator and vice-president of CARPA.
He also obtained 3 certificates of specialization from the National Bar Council in the areas of recovery and enforcement procedures, particularly real estate and in commercial and economic law.
These three specializations correspond today:
- Commercial Business and Competition Law
- Law of Security Guarantees and Execution Measures
He was elected President of the Aix en Provence Bar Association in June 2015 and serves as President of CARPA.
He works for both institutional clients and private clients in the areas of business law, difficulties faced by entrepreneurs, construction and real estate law, as well as liability and inheritance law and more generally in civil and commercial matters.
He is surrounded by a team of great experience in customer service for several decades.
Maître Pascale KLEIN

Maître Pascale KLEIN obtained her master’s degree in law, mention judicial careers, in 1985.
She then worked for several years in the field of audiovisual production and direction.
She joined the firm as soon as she was sworn in in January 1992.
Areas of expertise: civil liability of professionals and individuals – civil and commercial litigation – condominiums and subdivisions – banking law.

Anne SAMBUC was sworn in in 1991. She joined the firm in 2008 to deal with an institutional clientele mainly made up of insurance companies.
Areas of expertise: Construction litigation, liability of professionals and individuals. Residential and condominium leases. General civil litigation..
Maître Talissa ABEGG

Of Swiss and Canadian nationality, Talissa ABEGG was sworn in in 2015 before the Court of Appeal of AIX EN PROVENCE.
Since then, Talissa ABEGG has been assisting and advising our clients, both in French and in English, in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, civil enforcement proceedings, private international law, as well as family and inheritance law.
Career / Studies: Holder of a Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Aix Marseille, and a second Master 2 in civil procedure and enforcement, she began an internship in the Paris offices of WHITE AND CASE, FTPA and VIVIEN and ASSOCIES.
Areas of expertise: Areas of civil and commercial litigation, civil enforcement proceedings, private international law, as well as family and inheritance law.
Maître ABEGG also has solid skills in appeal proceedings.
